SWSarah is a specialist audit and accounts partner with over 20 years’ experience of working with a wide range of clients. This ranges from large multinational corporates during her time at a Big Four firm, through to charities and small owner-managed businesses.

KWKatherine is a Chartered Accountant. She trained with a firm in Tunbridge Wells before spending time in industry. Katherine returned to practice in 2003 and has spent a large portion of her career with KPMG, where she gained extensive accounts and audit experience in both the commercial and charitable sectors. She specialises in charity and academy audits, and her diverse charity portfolio includes many Oxford colleges through to small local charities.

DHDan has more than 15 years’ experience in accountancy practice. He audits some of Gravita’s largest and most complex groups, including businesses with overseas subsidiaries, and helps lead the firm’s work across crypto and financial services. His expertise includes insurance entities, regulated reporting, fast-growth businesses, internal controls and group audit requirements.

DRDan is an Audit Partner and leads Gravita’s Financial Services sector. His experience includes complex group and subsidiary audits, Public Interest Entities, regulatory reporting, IFRS, CASS audits and international groups. He combines strong technical knowledge with clear stakeholder communication and also supports advisory work involving share valuations, forensic accounting and transactions.

MBMatt’s career has focused on the Bristol business community for the last 30 years. After working for a large local practice and a Top 10 firm, Matt joined Gravita to use his skills in advising small and medium-sized businesses across business, accounting and tax. Matt has specialist knowledge in several sectors, including professional practices, and previously sat on the ICAEW’s Solicitors’ Group Committee.
